About our Customer Service Advisor role:
Our customer service role is about taking phone calls from our customers who want to talk to you about their car or house insurance policy. To be successful in this customer service role, you’ll need to be upbeat, friendly and have a brilliant attitude towards providing the best experience for our customers.
You’ll be speaking to customers that have an insurance policy with us and who have a question, query or problem. The idea is for you to be able to provide them with fabulous customer service and to solve their query efficiently and if you can, on the first call. No calls or customers are the same so you really need a passion for dealing with a variety of customers and handle whatever the day brings.
You’ll have ideally dealt with members of the public in a previous role but experience isn’t essential – for us it’s all about the right attitude and the desire for you to want to do your best.
We are looking for our Customer Service Advisors to be enthusiastic about customer satisfaction and to openly promote our range of products. Being able to get to know our customers, what it is they need, want and could really benefit from will make it much easier for you to match our products to their needs and complete the call. You will be working towards targets in our customer service role so having the desire to do your best and contribute towards your team goal is essential.
