A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven intern to join our company and be part of our Marketing team. This is a versatile role involving both Sales, Marketing and Administrative duties.
Responsibilities and Duties;
• Take Inbound and Outbound calls
• Establish a relationship/rapport with potential and existing clients
• Answer queries relating to our company and the service we provide
• Contact clients over the phone, via email and in writing
• Update system with new client details
• Establish and meet set targets
• Market the services provided by the business
• Develop new procedures and marketing strategies
• Manage and book appointments for quotations
• Monitor and manage weekly and monthly targets and performance
