We’re currently looking to recruit a motivated registered RGN, RMN or RNLD to join our team. Our ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of the CQC standards and be person centred in their approach to care. You will be communicating and engaging with our residents throughout your shift so it’s important you have the skills to understand the needs of older people.
The prestigious home consists of 40 beds and care for people with Acquired brain injury, dementia and physical difficulties.
You’ll be leading a team of care staff on a daily basis, as well as being involved in their development and ensuring that their passion for delivering excellent care is continually developed. You will need effective methods for communicating with your team, and above all, you will be expected to act as a champion for everything that you do.
A valid NMC Pin Number along with the ability to write and implement a detailed, person centred care plan is essential for this role. The right candidate will be paid a competitive salary of £12.43-£12.99 plus other generous benefits.
As the role involves working with vulnerable people, including delivering personal care of an Intimate nature, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including referencing and criminal record checks.
