Greenwood Glass is a well-known commercial glazing and mirror processing company operating throughout the region and nationwide. We have great staff highly trained, to provide an array of glazing and mirror products, cut, polished and fitted to the highest standards. Green wood glass carry out work for construction companies, shopfitters, banks, leisure industry and many high street names.
As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a full-time experienced Administration Assistant to help with our ever-increasing administrative needs.
The position is suited to working from home, and all essential equipment to accommodate this will be provided by Greenwood Glass
What you’ll be doing:
Data entry and updating a number of databases
Sorting and distributing mail
Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
Providing administrative assistance to the General Manager and Sales team
Assisting with preparation for Health & Safety Accreditations, including Constructionline
General administration duties such as processing purchase orders, conducting inventory’s and liaising with suppliers and customers
What you need:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
High level skills in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not absolutely essential
The position is based on a salary of £18,000 p/a
Annual Salary reviews, performance dependant
An annual leave entitlement of 22 days plus 8 days public bank holidays
