This superb Luxury Hotel is looking for a Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team of 4 serving an interesting mix of mid-week leisure, weekend weddings, private dining & Superb Fine Dining.
The Head Chef is keen to develop the afternoon luxury cream teas creating the best experience in town and so is looking for an Industry professional capable of leading and inspiring the pastry team and must have previously worked in busy 4 or 5 Star Hotels above2 Rosettes, ideally to Michelin Standards
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is essential, ideally with previous experience of leading a team. You will produce a full range of classic and artisan breads, pastries, petit fours, ice-creams, desserts and afternoon teas, cakes and scones Biscuits and petit Fours for 40+ guests and wedding/function desserts for upto 100 guests.
You will take control of the section, working closely with the Head and Sous Chef to ensure that ‘ideas’ become reality with special requests such as Birthday Cakes are completed with pride
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £27,000 depending upon experience
