We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager for a well known distribution company based in Banbury.
As a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager you would translate, analyse and deliver against customer needs through effective communication, manage customer queries using the relative database, deliver against customer service key performance indicators. You would be the first point of contact for all queries or complaints and also be the point of contact between other sites, carriers, and customers. You would need to be focussed on identifying and resolving issues. The role could become permanent for the successful candidate following a successful qualifying period.
Hours of work Monday-Friday
8.00am - 5.30pm
Salary £17K per annum
28 days annual leave entitlement pro rata (inclusive of statutory days)
