Telesales Executive / Tele-Sales / Internal Account Manager / Sales Consultant / Telemarketing Executive - based WIMBORNE, Dorset. WARM CALLING ! Salary C£16.5K basic, C£23K OTE as £6K commission potentialplus benefits.

My client is a extremely well established machinery and parts distributor with an enviable reputation. Due to expansion they currently seek an experienced Telesales Executive / Tele-sales / Internal Account Manager / Sales Consultant / Telemarketing Executive to join the team. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving office and a company that has between 2000 and 3000 existing customers!

The main objective of this role is to proactively make planned contact sales calls (mostly WARM CALLS to defined trade customers (mostly existing clients of which there are over 2000 and promote sales of products with specific focus on key products. You will grow sales volumes to targeted trade customers assisting their overall spend with the company aiming to hit each pre-set turnover target.

Your duties will include;

Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits to customers of seasonal products to secure new business

Ensure product features and benefits and knowledge of the current trade catalogue is maintained to assist during telephone sales calls that will lead to incremental business

Receive incoming calls from customers and either direct to specific department or handle the sales element of the call

Using DeFacto, assist with the release of web orders into the order processing system

Work within the internal sales team, assist with the release of received faxed orders

Assist with the overall smooth running of the internal sales and marketing department that promotes quality, reliable and deliverable sales

Assist and progress retail sales of agreed product categories and products, including the progress of payment and balancing of internal accounts


You MUST have some sales experience, enjoy working in a team, be target driven, a great relationship builder, have strong organisational skills and be computer literate and used to using various software applications and sales databases / CRM systems.
