Due to our expansion we are seeking we are seeking an Administrator to work in our Worcester based office.
The Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. This will include; the administration of recruitment and initial employment/HR issues, the administration of all training for in excess of 100 full time caregivers, to manage the Company’s Quality Documentation System of policies, procedures and record forms and to advise staff of any up-dates, policies, procedures and care standards as well as any other ad-hoc duties.
To be successful in the role you must display the following skills and attributes:
• Educated to A Level standard
• Ability to communicate to people at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to act on own initiative
• A knowledge of HR/ Recruitment is desirable
Eclipse are offering a salary of £15,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on experience. We strive to provide a supportive, open and honest culture within the company and aim to provide top end flexible terms and conditions of employment with the opportunity to take Diploma’s/NVQs after a qualifying period. Working hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
